Super impressed by Texas cool roofing and Denny. Came out after hail and evaluated our roof. No hail damage, but they did find a new construction related defect. They could have said I needed a new roof, but instead recommended an appropriate fix (no issues two years on). I was really impressed by the transpancy and honestly.

I contacted Angie's List and Home Advisor to request names of approved roofing companies, in order to request an inspection of my roof and estimate of repairs. After reading reviews from several companies, I chose to contact Texas Cool Roofing, Inc. , but, before I called, Denny Satterfield contacted me. He said there would be no charge for the inspection, and that he could do it the next morning. I had a doctor's appointment scheduled for that morning, and he said that he would go ahead and walk the roof and take pictures, and contact me when I returned from the Doctor. The next day, when I returned home, there was an email from Denny, along with many pictures of my roof, showing anything that was noteworthy. He told me in the email that he found little to no hail damage, and only two tabs lifted up which he sealed down for me, with no charge! Needless to say, I was thrilled! Denny is outstanding, professional, and honest, and I will certainly call him again!
